Criminal Law
Insight FS accepts instructions from solicitors to assist the decision-making process of criminal law courts. We provide forensic psychology and social work expertise in the assessment of risk and need for individuals involved in court proceedings.
We Are Highly Qualified To Deliver Appropriate Recommendations To Enable The Client’s Progress. We Are Experienced In Providing Expert Witness And Recognise The Importance Of Delivering Clear And Concise Reports.
Family Law
Insight FS accepts family law referrals from local authorities and solicitors. We provide comprehensive assessments for the whole family or its individual members.
We are competent in the assessment of risk and safeguarding procedures to address and further support the needs of vulnerable family members. We pride ourselves on a multidisciplinary approach and recognise its importance in the services we provide.
Each assessment is conducted with sensitivity and at a pace directed by the client. We have a comprehensive privacy policy in place, in-line with GDPR requirements.
Social Work
We offer forensic social work services to support the needs of our clients. Our forensic social workers are trained to undertake a range of appropriate assessments and we are qualified to provide an expert opinion.
